By booking or using the transportation and logistics services of MB Transport LLC, the client agrees to the rates, schedules, and conditions confirmed in writing for each shipment or ongoing service agreement. Our services include freight hauling, routing, dispatch coordination, and related logistics support as agreed for each load.
MB Transport LLC strives to meet agreed pickup and delivery windows. Actual transit times may be affected by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, regulatory inspections, or delays at loading and unloading facilities. Clients must provide accurate shipment details and ready access at pickup and delivery locations to avoid unnecessary delays or accessorial charges.
Quoted rates are based on information provided at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for detention, layover, re-delivery, fuel surcharges, or changes to shipment scope not disclosed in advance. Payment terms are as stated on invoices or service agreements. Failure to pay outstanding balances may result in suspension of future bookings.
MB Transport LLC’s liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited as set forth in applicable law, the bill of lading, and any signed service agreement. Clients should maintain appropriate insurance for high-value or sensitive goods. Claims must be reported promptly with supporting documentation in accordance with our claims procedures.
